At SEA LIFE Bangkok we strive to make our attraction as accessible as possible to all of our guests.

At SEA LIFE Bangkok we strive to make our attraction as accessible as possible to all of our guests. The following information is designed to answer any questions you may have on your upcoming visit

Visitors with reduced mobility

Wheelchairs can be used through out the aquarium and may be borrowed from Siam Paragon’s Information counter (Please bring your IDs)

Visitors with Visual Impairments

SEA LIFE Bangkok is a completely accessible venue.

Careers and companions

SEA LIFE Bangkok offers free entry to carers or essential companions of those with disabilities. We accept the national companion card.

Free Career Policy

We do not offer a different rate for disabled guests. However, if a member of your party has a disability, they will be entitled to admit one free carer with them. This ticket will be available at ticketing counter only.

Sensory

We recommend you visit during the week (outside of school holidays), or any day after 2pm to avoid the crowd. Please also note there will be different levels of lighting and music throughout the attraction to enhance your experience.

Toilets and Family Facilities

There are 3 accessible toilets available located near the entrance, the Seahorse Kingdom and the African penguin area. There are also changing facilities for our diving activity located at Back of House area.

Seating

Bench seating (without back or armrests) is available at intervals throughout the aquarium.

Admission

All visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Emergency Exits

The emergency exits are accessible and hazard free. There are audible fire alerting devices. The assembly areas are on an accessible route. Our staff are on hand to assist with evacuation requirements
