As we reopen, we need to manage our capacity to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit. The best way to do this is to ensure that all of our visitors are pre-booked, including those with passes, already in possession of tickets or wishing to use a promotional voucher.

Some areas of the attraction will not operate as they did previously: we will not be opening our snorkelling, feeding or Behind The Scenes experiences until further notice. Our soft play area will remain closed for now and we will not be running talks or feeds to ensure safe distancing.
If you have a Merlin Annual Pass, a Local or National SEA LIFE pass or a SEA LIFE season pass, booking you time slot is simple! Just book online here for £1 per person, and walk straight into the attraction at your designated time.
