Walk For Whales
Join WDC & SEA LIFE’s annual Walk for Whales on Sunday 28th June 2015. Meet us at The National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham and after a five mile sponsored walk you can enjoy a free visit to the SEA LIFE centre.
Walk for Whales is an annual fundraising event to raise awareness of the fact that whaling is cruel and despite bans on commercial whaling and the trade in whale products, Japan, Norway and Iceland still kill 2000 whales between them each year and continue to trade in whale products. The money raised from the walk will help bring an end to whaling and make sure that whale meat doesn’t end up on your table.
Please help us to create a world where every whale and dolphin is safe and free and sign up for the walk today www.whales.org/walks
