From 28th November, embark on a magical festive adventure as you explore the ocean and come face-to-face with over 2,000 incredible marine animals, including playful sea otters, colourful tropical fish, and majestic sea turtles. Then, step into our sparkling grotto, where Santa and his cheerful elves will be waiting to welcome you into their enchanting winter wonderland. Share your Christmas wishes, discover a little festive magic, and let Santa know what's at the top of your Christmas wish list this year!

Every child who visits Santa in his grotto will be given a present to take home and enjoy!*

Tickets to see Santa is an additional charge, priced at £8.50 per child and all guests must also hold a valid ticket to the attraction for the same day. Gold and Platinum Merlin Annual Passholders can add on the Santa experience for £6.50.

*All children require a ticket to see Santa, including under 2’s. Babies in arms (under 12 months) do not require a ticket if they are accompanying another paying child unless you would like them to have the full Santa experience with a gift. There is a maximum of 4 accompanying adults per 1 paying child.
