Penguins

SEA LIFE Paris offers you a new experience: Welcome to an Antarctic Adventure!  Meet our 14 new residents in a new interactive and immersive setting, and discover the secret lives of our Gentoo penguins.

Our exhibit offers a real sensory experience. With its 350m² entirely dedicated to penguins, this incredible area has many surprises in store for its visitors, including:

  • A sensory journey around the 5 senses to discover little by little the penguin environment on the ice and under water, their daily life, their behavior, their climate...

  • Areas devoted to the protection of the environment and the new educational program developed by SEA LIFE Paris.

King Penguin

The King penguin is 90 cm tall. It’s the tallest penguin after the emperor penguin. Because the King penguins like being different from the others ... they sit on a single egg - not on a nest - but on their legs and protect it with their plumage.

[March 15th 2018, SPECIAL INFORMATION]exceptional birth of the first King baby penguin! Pheobe, our young King penguin  is mom for her first time!
