To view or manage your booking, please select the option below based on when you purchased your tickets. If you have a multi-attraction ticket, you'll also be able to book or manage your visit date and timeslot through the same process. You can find your purchase date in your booking confirmation email.

Our Flexible Ticket Guarantee
Plans change — that’s why we offer flexibility on all standard and multi-attraction tickets, giving you peace of mind when booking.
If you need to change your plans, you can move your visit date through our booking portal at no extra cost.
Our ticket guarantee covers:
- Attraction closures
- Changes to your plans
- Circumstances preventing you from visiting
You can reschedule your ticket up to 3 times to a comparable date within 7 days of your original booking, up to 1 hour before your scheduled arrival.
Multi-attraction tickets remain valid for 7 days from your first visit. During this period, each attraction visit can be rescheduled up to 3 times.
