Our VR pods are not fully wheelchair accessible. If you’re able to transfer into the pod, either independently or with help from a carer, you’re welcome to do so. Alternatively, our team can provide a headset for use from your wheelchair, so you can still enjoy the sounds and visuals of the experience.

The carer ticket includes standard aquarium admission only. To enjoy the Virtual Reality experience, please speak to a member of our team during your visit (subject to availability).
