Accessibility and Carer ticket information
Wheelchair Users
Our VR pods are not fully wheelchair accessible. Guests who can transfer from their wheelchair into the pod (independently or with assistance from a carer) are welcome to do so. Alternatively, our team can provide a headset for use from a wheelchair, so you can still enjoy the sounds and visuals of the experience.
Carer Tickets
The carer ticket includes standard admission to the aquarium only and does not include the Virtual Reality experience. VR access must be purchased separately as an add-on.
