Important Information

To ensure your VIP Turtle Experience starts smoothly and on time, please arrive at the attraction at 2:15 pm. Earlier entry will not be permitted.

Guests who arrive late will need to be rescheduled for another date to avoid disrupting the experience.

• The Turtle Experience is open to guests aged 10 and over
• Participants aged 10-15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over for the duration of the experience
• Adults accompanying participants under 15 must have a valid ticket
• For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes are required. Life jackets will be provided where necessary
• All attendees must complete a turtle declaration form upon arrival
• The experience takes place in a working area behind the scenes, where space is limited. Unfortunately, there is not sufficient space for most wheelchairs, and wheelchair access to all areas of the experience cannot be guaranteed
• Guests must be able to enter and exit the experience area independently, including navigating steps and/or confined spaces where required. If you use a wheelchair or have limited mobility, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the experience is suitable for your needs
• Please note, the carer ticket is not included in the VIP Turtle Experience. A carer ticket provides entry to the attraction only and must be booked separately.
