HOW TO RESERVE YOUR TRIP:
- Reservations are required a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
- Submit our online booking request and a booking coordinator will get back to you within 72 hours.
- Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your visit date by school check or Visa/MasterCard. Once paid, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Changes and cancellation can be made up until point of payment.
- Education Workshops are not offered during school breaks including spring break, summer or holidays
IMPORTANT VISIT INFORMATION:
- Groups should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow time for the group leader to check in and SEA LIFE Aquarium staff to organize the group and go over any necessary rules for the day!
- Larger groups are divided into smaller group segments and entry is staggered to avoid congestion and satisfy capacity regulations.
- Buses may drop and collect students at the District 7 entrance; buses must park only in the designated bus parking area located in the outer perimeter of the parking lot near AMC Theaters.
- Groups exit the Aquarium and assemble outside. In the interest of public safety, groups are not permitted to gather in the admissions or retail areas.
- Please note: for schools/groups bringing sacked lunches to enjoy in the food court following your visit; SEA LIFE cannot store lunches on-site. We ask that you keep them stored in your school bus/vehicle.

Please note: Field Trips must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Most Homeschool Groups eat lunch inside the mall’s Food Court, about a 30-second walk from the SEA LIFE Aquarium entrance.
Please note: We do not have anywhere to store lunches inside the attraction. Most Homeschool Groups leave their lunches on tables in the Food Court and have a bus driver or chaperone stay with them.
Most Homeschool Groups spend 60-90 minutes inside SEA LIFE Aquarium, but you're welcome to stay longer if you like.
If you’re adding educational workshops, you can expect to add 30 minutes per class.
Please note: Re-entry is not permitted.
We do not have anywhere to store things inside SEA LIFE Aquarium, but you’re welcome to leave your lunches and other belongings on the tables in the mall’s Food Court.
The mall’s Food Court is about a 30-second walk from the SEA LIFE Aquarium entrance.
Most Homeschool Groups have a bus driver or chaperone stay with their belongings in the Food Court.
The time you book is for your arrival to LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Then, you visit SEA LIFE Aquarium after.
Most Homeschool Groups explore LEGOLAND Discovery Center for at least 2 hours, then have lunch in the mall’s Food Court, and then go to SEA LIFE Aquarium.
We are happy to refund tickets up to 2 weeks in advance of your Field Trip's visit date if your expected numbers change.

Tickets are non-refundable within 2 weeks of your visit date, and this includes unused tickets on the day-of your visit.
