You may request a date change up to 36 hours before your original visit date/time by contacting us at: sealifemichigan@sealifeus.com

  • Include your order confirmation number (usually starts with a "6")
  • Specify a new visit date and time for us to check into

If it's already the day of your visit and you need to come at a different time, we'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible at that time. We may not be able to accommodate the change during busy periods like weekends & holidays due to capacity limitations.

We do not have wheelchairs or electric scooters, however, you may rent wheelchairs on a first-come, first-serve basis from the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets Guest Services Booth in District 4.

Children ages 2 and younger are free! If the online ticket package doesn't prompt you to add a free ticket for them, we'll add one for you at the door when you arrive.

The timeslot you select is for your arrival to LEGOLAND Discovery Center, even if you purchase Combo Tickets from the SEA LIFE website.

You're welcome to visit SEA LIFE Aquarium any time on the same day (even earlier in the day) or up to 30 days later. No reservation needed to use the Aquarium portion of your ticket.

If you have a ticket without a scheduled entry time like our Gift Ticket with flexible entry, a ticket from one of our third party partners (Expedia, Viator, etc.), or a complimentary ticket, you do not need to schedule a visit time. 

Just enter the "I have tickets" line when you arrive with your tickets in-hand. Check our hours on our website before you visit. Blackout dates may apply.

No worries! We'll do our best to get you in as quickly as possible during our operating hours.

For the most enjoyable experience, we encourage guests to visit on weekday afternoons & evenings. Mornings, weekends and holidays tend to be much busier.

But, to ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Aquarium at one time. The best way to ensure your family's entry is by buying tickets online in advance.

Our capacity is limited and we do not permit re-entry at this time.

Outside food & beverages are not permitted inside SEA LIFE Aquarium, unless caring for babies.
