Accepted forms of Homeschool identification include:

• A membership card from ECHO-MN, MHA, MACHE or other homeschool group
• A copy of your "Letter of Intent to Continue Homeschooling" or state equivalent
• A copy of your "Initial Report to Superintendent" or state equivalent
