All Annual Passes are now issued in digital format. You will receive an email upon completion of the transaction. Click on 'View Tickets', then download and save the barcode onto your mobile device. (eg. Apple wallet or similar)
Present the barcode at our Admissions Desk on each of your visits, our staff member will scan and match the photo on your profile.
Your SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's Annual Pass will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Yes, each purchaser will be issued with their own Annual Pass with different barcodes. Please save the barcode for each member of your family on your mobile device. Our staff member will scan each member and match the photos on your profiles.
Terms & Conditions:
With the use of the pass, only the person named and photographed on the pass will get access to SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's for 12 months and access to all the benefits mentioned above. These passes cannot be changed to another person or exchanged for cash. Passes must be presented for entry and the benefits. All passes must have valid information provided and if it changes, you are responsible to let SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's staff know upon the next visit. These passes can only be used for general admission tickets and exclude any school visits. Benefits and conditions are subject to change. Please check opening and closing times before the visit.
Children are aged between 3 and 15 years old. Children 2 years old and under receive free admission to the attraction, therefore do not require a pass and are not included in any of the passes. If you have a child who is 2 years old and under, please advise staff upon entry. Children aged 15 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult (16 years old and above) to enter.
To be eligible for the renewal rate you will need to renew within 30 days of expiry. Renewal is the same price at the door as online.
Gold Annual Passes are not valid during school holidays and on public holidays.
