Access Booking Portal
You can view or manage your booking in one of two ways.
If you have purchased a multi-attraction ticket, you can also book or manage your visit date and timeslot for each attraction through the same process.
Option 1: Find your booking using your email address
If you know the email address or sign-in method (such as Google, Apple or Facebook) used to make your purchase, select this option to access your booking.
Please make sure you use the same email address or sign-in method used when the booking was made, otherwise we may be unable to locate your order.
Option 2: Find your booking using your ticket number
Enter the order ID/ticket number attached to your booking confirmation email.
Once your booking has been located, you'll be able to view and manage your visit, including rescheduling your date and time where applicable.
