FAQ's
Gift Vouchers are valid for redemption within 3 years (with the exception during sale period of 3 months), once redeemed the pass is valid for 365 days.
Free entry for children aged 0-2 years.
Also note that Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years).
For General Admission or Annual Pass Gift Vouchers:
If you have a gift voucher for general admission or an annual pass, we can confirm those on the day at the box office onsite. Make sure to pre-book your time slot here before arrival to guarantee entry at a selected time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before intended time of entry.
For Experience Gift Vouchers:
If you have a gift voucher for an experience, please contact our reservations team to redeem these prior to arrival. You can reach the team by calling (07) 5458 6226 (9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday), or by sending an e-mail to slscreservations@merlinentertainments.com.au.
