WHEN: During QLD school holidays, the Behind the Scenes Tour is offered daily at 9:45am. 12:00pm, 1:00pm and 2:00pm. Outside of school holidays, the tour is offered daily at 9:30am, 11am, 12:00pm and 1:00pm.

WHEN: During QLD school holidays, the Penguin Encounter is offered Thursday to Monday at 9:30am. Outside of school holidays, the encounter is offered Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday at 9:30am.
