All Annual Passes are now issued in digital format. You will receive an email upon completion of the transaction. Click on 'View Tickets', then download and save the barcode onto your mobile device. (eg. Apple wallet or similar)

Present the barcode at our Admissions Desk on each of your visits, our staff member will scan and match the photo on your profile. 

Your SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's Annual Pass will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Yes, each purchaser will be issued with their own Annual Pass with different barcodes.  Please save the barcode for each member of your family on your mobile device.  Our staff member will scan each member and match the photos on your profiles. 

Terms & Conditions:

With the use of the pass, only the person named and photographed on the pass will get free access to SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's for 12 months and access to all the benefits mentioned above. These passes cannot be changed to another person or exchanged for cash. Passes must be presented for entry and the benefits. If you forget or don't bring your card, you will have to pay a $10 reprinting fee. All passes must have valid information provided and if it changes, you are responsible to let SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's staff know upon the next visit. These passes can only be used for general admission tickets and exclude any school visits. Benefits and conditions are subject to change. Please check opening and closing times before the visit.

Your SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's Annual Pass can be collected from the attraction. When you collect your pass, every pass holder must be present as we will take your photo for the pass. Every person who has an annual pass will have their own card. Please bring your booking confirmation with you upon collection. Any annual pass purchased via the SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's website MUST be claimed in person within 30 days. Your SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's Annual Pass will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Valid for use at SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's only. There are no concession prices for the SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton's Annual Pass.

Children are aged between 3 and 15 years old. Children 2 years old and under receive free admission to the attraction, therefore do not require a pass and are not included in any of the passes. If you have a child who is 2 years old and under, please advise staff upon entry. Children aged 15 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult (16 years old and above) to enter.

To be eligible for the renewal rate you will need to renew within 30 days of expiry. Renewal is the same price at the door as online.

Annual Pass Extensions Due to COVID-19 Closure

As our attraction was temporarily closed, we have extended Annual Passes (that were valid at the time of closure) to account for the period that our attraction was closed. Existing Passes will be automatically extended in our ticketing system – so your Annual Pass will scan as normal at the admissions desk. 

You do not need to contact our customer service team to get the extra months added, we’ll be taking care of this for you. You are not required to have your Annual Pass cards reprinted. 

Extension FAQs

The decision to temporarily close the attraction is based on the guidance from the Government in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The attraction was closed between 23 March and 13 May 2020 due to COVID-19 lockdown. And was closed again between 12 August and 30 August 2020 due to COVID-19 level 3 alert.

We have extended 2 months for the level 4 lockdown period (April-May); and 1 month for the alert level 3 period (August).
