We are happy to consider filming and photography requests, any fees are assessed on a case by case basis. Please note the following points that need to be taken into consideration before filming can take place:
For the enjoyment of our guests professional filming and photography must take place outside opening hours.
All equipment must be battery powered as there are limited power outlets in the public area of the attraction. Please contact the Press Office for further information.
The use of photography tripods is forbidden, unless prior permission is sought.
The use of flash photography is forbidden for animal welfare reasons. Constant light sources (for example, battery powered LED light banks) are permitted if prior permission is sought. No changes can be made to the existing lighting in the attraction.
All crew must enter and exit the building together when filming outside opening hours. For security reasons there is no way for latecomers to enter the building once a shoot is underway, or for some crew members to exit the building without the rest of their party.
A copy of your insurance should also be provided before filming can take place.
