Ray Pup Naming Competition

Let's welcome the arrival of our little cownose ray pup!
The baby ray is the first of this species to have been born at the Aquarium since we opened in 1989.
The Australian ray species is named after the unique shape of its head, which from above, looks like a cow’s nose.
We now need your help to name the little ray pup! Submit your name suggestion via the form below for your chance to win a SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast prize pack including a family pass, Behind The Scenes Tour and showbag.

What should our little male ray pup be named? Submit your suggestion below and in 25 words or less, tell us why you picked that name.

** Please note, you have to be 18 years of age or older to enter the competition.
**To take part in the Behind the Scenes Tour, children have to be 3 years or older, and must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times.
** If you don't live on the Sunshine Coast, the prize will be be as stated above, travel and accommodation costs are not included.
The competition is open from Thursday 10th June until 11:59pm Thursday 17th June 2021, with the winner and the winning name selected and contacted on Monday 21st June 2021. Good luck!
