SEA LIFE Sydney tickets start from $39 for adults and $26 for children (ages 2–15) when booked online in advance, with higher prices on weekends and school holidays. Booking online saves you up to 25% compared to on-the-day prices. Children under 2 enter for free.

Most guests spend around 1.5 to 2 hours exploring SEA LIFE Sydney. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy our nine interactive zones, from walking beneath sharks in Shark Valley to spotting our dugong, Pig, and braving the boat ride through Penguin Expedition

If you're planning to join one of our special experiences, like Shark Dive Xtreme or Penguin Encounter, we recommend allowing extra time to make the most of your visit.

We highly recommend booking your tickets online in advance to guarantee entry and secure your preferred time slot. While walk-up tickets may be available, they are subject to capacity and availability. Pre-booking is especially important during weekends, school holidays, and peak periods when the aquarium can reach capacity.

While SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium doesn't have its own on-site parking, we offer discounted rates at several nearby Wilson Parking locations in the Sydney CBD. SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is open daily, with opening hours varying depending on the day:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM)
  • NSW School Holidays: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM)


Please note that hours may vary on public holidays or during special events. It's advisable to check the official website before planning your visit.

To make the most of your visit, we recommend arriving earlier in the day, especially during weekends and school holidays, as the aquarium can reach capacity during peak times.
