You have 3 years to undertake your Penguin Passport experience from the purchase date. To redeem the voucher, the bearer will need to email the SEA LIFE Sydney Bookings Officer on the below email.

The Bookings Officer will then work with you to confirm your date and send through a confirmation. You must bring this original voucher on the day of your booking.
