With 8 attractions across NSW, VIC, QLD and Auckland (NZ) we offer amazing days out for everyone! The Merlin Annual Passes (AU/NZ) bring together all of Merlin's attractions, offering passholders HUGE savings for a full year (subject to standard operating hours) to all of the included attractions.
A Merlin Annual Pass can only be used by one person. The name and photograph of the Passholder appears on the Merlin Annual Pass. We've got to be really strict here - pass use by anyone other than the named and photographed Passholder, regardless of reason, will result in permanent confiscation of the Pass without compensation.
We recommend that a child requires a Merlin Annual Pass once they are 2 years old.
A Merlin Annual Pass can only be used by one person. The name and photograph of the Passholder appears on the Merlin Annual Pass. We've got to be really strict here - pass use by anyone other than the named and photographed Passholder, regardless of reason, will result in permanent confiscation of the Pass without compensation.
Once you have collected your Merlin Annual Pass/es you can visit the attractions anytime (during standard operating hours) and just need to head to the entrance and get your pass scanned by one of our friendly admissions staff. Please be aware that during peak periods there may be a wait in getting entry to the attractions.
To gain admission into our attractions you will be required to present a valid Merlin Annual Pass. Failure to present a valid Merlin Annual Pass will result in a charge of the “on the day” admission rate applicable to the relevant Attraction, which will be non-refundable.

First of all, don't panic. All you need to do is visit your issuing attraction – the place you originally collected your pass. The admissions team will look you up on the system and print you off a new card. Please note that an administration fee of $20 applies for each card reprinted. You will need to bring a form of photographic ID with you. Please note the fee still applies if your pass has been stolen.
