We've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions - take a look below to see if we've answered any queries you may have!

If you have purchased tickets after July 6 2022, you will be able to change your visit date and time through our new booking portal here

  • Up to 3 ticket changes can be made per booking
  • The date of the ticket can be changed up to 7 days prior to the original visit and 6 months after
  • No partial refunds will be given for moving tickets from peak to off peak date
  • Any tickets purchased on the self-serve kiosks are not subject to date or time changes at this stage

In line with the new Victorian government advice, SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium will be implementing the following changes for visitors at our attractions:

  • Guests will no longer need to check in using the Service Victoria app
  • SEA LIFE Melbourne can now welcome all guests regardless of vaccination status

We thank all guests for their support and cooperation over the past two years and look forward to welcoming new visitors in the near future!

If you have purchased tickets during lockdown and were unable to visit, all you need to do is pre-book your visit and present your old tickets upon arrival, and your admission will be honoured.

 

To pre-book, head to our tickets page and select 'Time Slot Pre-Book' and follow the prompts. 

 

We will be accepting any unused tickets/vouchers until July 31st 2022. 

To book in your open-dated gift voucher, all you need to do is pre-book your visit and present your gift voucher tickets upon arrival, and your admission will be honoured.

 

To pre-book, head to our tickets page and select 'Time Slot Pre-Book' and follow the prompts. 

 

To book a free Carer's ticket, all you need to do is head to our tickets page and select the 'Time Slot Pre-Book' option. This will allow you to reserve a slot for a Carer. 

 

Upon arrival, a 'We Care' or 'Companion' card must be presented for the admission to be honoured.

Unfortunately we do not have parking onsite at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium. We do have a local partnership to provide discounted parking to any guests driving into the city. To find out more, click here.

To enter a promo code, head to our tickets page and select 'General Admission'.

 

When the store opens, select the 'Menu' option in the top left-hand corner. From here, you will be able to enter in your promo code.

We ask that you pre-book your visit in advance as we often sell out during our busy periods such as mornings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

 

Pre-booking your visit will ensure that you are able to enter our attraction at your desired time and date.

If you are trying to select a date and there are no time slots available - this unfortunately means we are sold out and there are no tickets left.

 

We encourage all guests to book in advance, as we often sell out during our busy periods such as mornings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

If you have purchased a Melbourne Big Ticket, please ensure you pre-book your entry to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre to secure your visit.

 

To pre-book your visit, head to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, and select the 'Time Slot Pre-Book' option and follow the prompts. Upon arrival at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, present your tickets along with your pre-booking and your admission will be honoured.

Unfortunately at this stage we are not hosting events and birthday parties - we endeavour to open back up as an event venue soon, stay tuned!

Unfortunately we will not be running our Christmas day lunch in 2023, however we will be open to the general public so you can still come visit us! 

Unfortunately we will not be offering work experience or volunteer opportunities for the foreseeable future.
