Submerged is an interactive digital experience within SEA LIFE Melbourne, taking guests on a digital journey through living light inspired by the bioluminescent underwater world. Submerged tells the story of the dazzling firefly squid and other majestic ocean animals.
Suitable to all ages, Submerged is a large-scale temporary exhibition open until December 2023 while SEA LIFE Melbourne’s 2.2 million litre Oceanarium display undergoes renovations.
JELLY LAB EXPERIENCE
Journey behind the scenes and meet our most mysterious creatures in this exclusive all-new experience. Take the first steps in becoming a SEA LIFE jellyfish scientist and make amazing discoveries about these weird and wonderful animals.
As part of the brand-new Jelly Lab Experience, don a lab coat and get real hands-on experience inside the laboratory, which is home to six species of jellyfish! This captivating learning opportunity includes feeding live jellyfish whilst highlighting the fascinating diversity amongst the species and what’s involved in the breeding process.
Dive into the Deep
NEW IN 2022!
The vast and mysterious ocean is home to a variety of spectacular and mysterious marine life, from the familiar to rare. Dive into the Deep takes you on an immersive journey: starting at the sunlit seas rich with marine life, then diving deep through the many layers of the ocean, landing in the gloomy and mysterious deep ocean trenches.
