On Arrival
When you arrive at the aquarium, please make sure you have all your pre-paid tickets downloaded as barcodes- this helps our team get you inside quicker to meet our animals!
Depending on the time of day that you visit (especially during school holidays), there may be a queue on arrival for pre-paid tickets. We encourage everyone to pre-book to guarantee entry. We are a busy aquarium and pre-booking guarantees that you can visit us on the day and time you have planned before we sell out! Once you have arrived, please join the pre-paid ticket line with your barcodes ready and the lovely admissions team will be with you as soon as possible.
