We’re dedicated to enhancing our sensory-friendly sessions for 2025 and would greatly value your feedback to help us make them even better.

Please provide your honest feedback about our sensory sessions, this form will apply for both SEA LIFE and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre.

We'd still love to hear your thoughts even if you haven't attended our sessions, all the questions are optional.

How would you rate your overall experience with our sensory-friendly sessions? What worked well, and what could be improved?
Did you find the environment adjustments (e.g., lighting, sound levels, crowd control) suitable for creating a sensory-friendly experience? If not, what changes would you suggest?
Was the timing and structure of the session convenient and effective for your needs? Would you prefer alternative session times or formats?
Was our team accessible and supportive during your visit? Are there additional accommodations or resources that would enhance your experience, such as social scripts, visual schedules, communication cards, sensory maps, fidget toys, ect?
Was the information provided before and during your visit helpful in preparing for the sensory-friendly session? Is there anything else you would have liked to know in advance?
Have you attended sensory-friendly sessions at other attractions or venues? If so, were there any specific features or approaches they used that you think we should adopt?
