Quiet at the Aquarium

Discover over 2000 creatures from green sea turtles to black-tip reef sharks, while the centre is quieter to create a more enjoyable experience for those with sensory sensitivities. 

Please note this is a pre-booked tickets only event, guests must purchase their tickets online in advance in order to gain entry.

Our centre music, hand driers and televisions will remain switched off during the session to provide a quieter experience around the aquarium. Ear defenders are also available upon request. Upon entry to SEA LIFE Manchester, those with autism and other sensory requirements will be offered a sticker sheet to help them visually display their emotions at any given point - find out more. 

How to book

Quiet times at the aquarium run every Wednesday morning from 10am until 12pm and on selected Sundays from 9:30am until 11am.
